Back at Uni so far so good.

I thought id add a blog since i havent posted since before i returned to uni back in september so i thought id make a post with some of my work in progress on some of my modules and include what i have to create.

Animation Concepts and Video Post Production.

The assignment brief is to create a virual news room and include both 3D virual elements and real world stuff using Final cut pro to composite it all together.
I have been given a 3d animated character that will make a weather report in the 30 second video this has to be 11 seconds long and i will include some storyboards and some of the script for it in another blog post.
So the 3d elements i have to create a complete virtual news room and a logo, so chairs and tables and whatever else is to be included in the scenes when i am modelling the sooner i finish the modelling the quicker i can animate the scenes.

Interactive Media Design and Visual Communications.

For this assignment i have to create a interactive online product in Adobe Flash with animated screens and stuff on anything i wish. i am using this assignment to create myself a online photography portfolio site. In the tutorials we have been learning the basics of flash getting use to the interface and design of the software completing a few tasks.

The Visual Communications part of the brief is to create the Design portfolio of the site so all the logos flyers and other branding ideas to fit in the brief of the online interactive site.
